Payment Options
Clear terms, discussed before treatment begins.
We believe the financial side of care should be as straightforward as the clinical side. You will know the cost of a protocol before you commit to it. We do not use pressure tactics, and we do not quote a price at the door that differs from the one discussed in consultation.
How We Accept Payment
Payment is collected at the time of service unless a program has been structured otherwise in writing.
Accepted Methods
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Debit cards
- HSA and FSA cards, where the treatment is an eligible expense
- Cash
- Cherry patient financing, with monthly payment plans
Insurance
Epic Revive is a direct-pay clinic. The treatments we provide, including weight management, medical aesthetics, IV therapy, and health optimization, are generally considered elective and are not billed to insurance. Operating this way is deliberate: it keeps clinical decisions between you and your physician rather than subject to a carrier's coverage policy.
Some services may qualify as an eligible HSA or FSA expense. Eligibility depends on your plan and your individual medical circumstances, so please confirm with your plan administrator before assuming a treatment will be covered. We are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records.
Consultations and Programs
Your initial consultation is complimentary. It exists so that we can determine candidacy and so that you can understand the protocol, the timeline, and the cost before any commitment is made.
Programs that run over several months are priced as a course of care rather than visit by visit. The full structure, including what is included and what is not, is reviewed with you in writing before you begin.
